Seven Seeds offers digital products delivered by instant download. Because digital files are made available immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final as a general rule.

Eligibility for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

  • The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
  • The product delivered was materially different from what was described on the product page.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at gary@positivseeds.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • You have changed your mind after downloading the file.
  • You purchased the product by mistake but have already accessed the download.
  • The product did not meet personal expectations that were not represented in the product description.
