Refund Policy

Seven Seeds offers digital products delivered by instant download. Because digital files are made available immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final as a general rule.

Eligibility for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following circumstances:

The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened.
You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
The product delivered was materially different from what was described on the product page.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date at gary@positivseeds.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

You have changed your mind after downloading the file.
You purchased the product by mistake but have already accessed the download.
The product did not meet personal expectations that were not represented in the product description.
